European Soccer Picks!

|
As
well as picks from the four main countries that I provide ratings
for from time to time I will make picks from any European leagues
if good reason is found. Picks from Northern Euro leagues such as
Norway will be provided throughout the summer. Any picks highlighted
by red stars is my banker bet. If no picks appear on this page it
means I can find no reasonable bet for that week. Full betting record
is availableat the bottom of the page.

The
best odds available and quite generous for Blackburn at home, unbeaten
in 5 Preimer games they meet Birmingham who are without a win in 5.
Both teams can welcome back players, back for Blackburn are Short,
McEveley and Lucas Neill, while record signing Clinton Morrison returns
for Birmingham along with Cisse. Blackburn have won all four of their
last encounters in the league with Birmingham and will see this game
as another chance to carve a notch in their European Cup chances for
next year again. |

Parma
have won all of the last three meetings against Empoli in the league.
Their scoring record is admirable at the moment compared to Empoli.
In their last 6 games Parma have scored 12 conceded 5 compared to
Empoli who have only scored 6 and conceded 7. Parma are pretty strong
at home this season. I also think Parma can cover the -3/4 asian
handicap which is available at same book for 1.925. Parma are dropping
away from the european positions and desperatelty need to take points
at home against teams they should by rights be able to beat without
question.

Deportivo
have been in very good form and despite a slip up last week to Athletic
Madrid they have won 3-0 over Celta dn 1-0 over Valencia in recernt
matches and won 4-1 over Alicante in the cup midweek. Bilbao after
a bad loss at home last week to Villareal will still be without
on of their top players Urzaiz. Mallorca had one of the best runs
this season after a bad start to the season. But they still need
to improve their home form which is poor compared to them being
the third best away side in the league at the moment. De Huelva
with one win and a draw in 8 away matches should find the going
very tough indeed.
